NIGHT SWORDFISH RULES

1. Gentleman’s Lines in at 7:30pm and Lines out at 2:00am.
2. Weigh Station opens at 2:am and closes at 4:00am
3. All fish must be weighted by 4am
4. No electric reels allowed except for downriggers.
5. Trolling is allowed
6. No entangling devices allowed
7. Swordfish must measure 47″ long from lower jaw to fork in tail
8. Only one Swordfish per boat will count toward prizes.
9. All applicable federal and state laws apply.
10. By entering tournament each captain agrees to get the consent of him and his crew to hold OAPB and its members harmless and assume sole responsibility for the safety of its vessel and crew, and further agrees himself and and any member will submit to a polygraph if requested .
11. Tournament Channel is VHF Channel 10
12. All decisions concerning this tournament ( items not covered in the official rules ) will be made by a representative of OAPB tournament committee and will be made with the utmost fairness and common sense possible, and is final.
