1)Entry:$200 team registration into series, and $100 team entry into each SD Mini-Tourney.
Every Saturday is a Daily Jackpot, based on the teams that compete. 20 teams = $2,000 Daily Jackpot.

2)Eligible Species: Kingfish, Dolphin, Wahoo, Cobia and Blackfin Tuna
3) 5 Fish Aggregate: Any 2 fish combination of above species is eligible up to 5 fish.
4) Eligible Anglers: The number of anglers allowed to fish is based on the length of the vessel, and the 6' distancing rule.
25' and less = 4 people
26'-36' = 6 people
37'-60' = 8 people
5) Bait: Live, Dead, and Lures.
6) OAPB Marker: Distributed prior to competition, and must be worn, and in daily video confirmation, unless prior arrangements are made, and exceptions determined in advance.
7) Video: Video upload must be submitted for live scoring within 1 hour of video creation. You must use TIMESTAMP APP download here!! All videos must be sent to 954-540-6740. Video of fight, or fish boated.Must be delivered immediately(1 hour from catch to delivery allowed) upon fish being boated. Video of measurement of fish. Winning videos will be available for all teams review.
8) Fishing Times: Lines in 6:30am, lines out 3:00pm. Captain can choose length of day to fish.
9) Anglers that engage the drag of the reel, must fight the fish until boated.
10) Scoring: Scoring is 100% based on Length and Points
Measurement: CUDA 120" MEASUREMENT TAPE ORDER HERE! RAPALA RETRACTABLE 60" TAPE ORDER HERE! Fish must be facing left, and belly down toward camera. Fish must be all the way to zero mark of measurement device. Measurement must be to fork in tail. Measurement must be clear.
11) Species Scoring Value:
Kingfish = 10 points + (1 point per inch) Dolphin = 10 points + (1 points per inch) Tuna = 10 points + (1 points per inch) Cobia = 20 points + (1 points per inch) Wahoo = 20 points + (1 points per inch)
12) Winner: Top scoring team qualifies for SD Mini-Tourney Playoffs. This is double elimination playoff tourney. You lose on the first Saturday of the playoffs, your team will move into the losing bracket for a second chance to move to championships.
-Top 16 -Top 8 -Top 4 -Championships -DOUBLE ELIMINATION - All losing teams in Top 16 Playoffs will move into the losing bracket to compete again. -Winning Teams will compete until Championships, where the Top Winning Team will compete against the Top Losing Team for the Series Jackpot!!!
13) Qualifying Teams:
-You can only qualify one time for playoffs. -If winning team has already qualified, and wins in another tourney, then the runner up team that has not qualified will move into the playoffs. -If winning team has already qualified, and the next best team moves to playoffs, then the original winning team will still win the daily tournament prize. -First Round of Series Final will be a random drawing of all 16 teams on Random.org, to place them on the brackets.
14) Teams: Anglers can change on each team for each tourney.
15) Live Scoring and Live Leaderboard: Scoring and Leaderboard will be updated hourly and daily through our club communication app.
16) 16 qualifying SD Mini-Tourneys to be held
17) You do not have to enter every tourney to qualify, you only have to win one of them. Meaning, once you qualify for Playoffs, all other series that you fish are strictly to win the Daily Jackpot. You have already qualified, and do not need to qualify again.

19) Reschedule: Rough seas and weather will push the mini-tourney to the following weekend, unless 50% of teams opt for the next day reschedule
20) Team must have an OAPB member to register vessel.
21) Points cannot transfer to another team
22) OAPB Captains that have charters that day are eligible to submit their fish, as long as, all rules are followed.
23) No fishing boundaries north and south. 25 mile Eastern Boundary.
