SLAYER CONTEST RULES

ABOUT: The OAPB Slayer Contest is an annual TWT (tournament within tournaments). All teams will be able to submit their Heaviest Fish weighed in at any of the OAPB or OAPB Sanctioned Tournaments. The main purpose of this contest is to promote OAPB teams on our websites, blogs, social media, videos, and build camaraderie amongst OAPB members.

PRIZE STRUCTURE:

The guaranteed prize for the top team is:

1. $5,000. The increased participation will allow for additional placements and prizes. ( 2nd, 3rd, etc..).

1. $1,000. The increased participation will allow for additional placements and prizes. ( 2nd, 3rd, etc..).
2. Additional prizes to follow as sponsors come on.

Two leaderboards: Team and Angler. Team Heaviest fish cannot be transferred to another team. Angler fish will remain with the angler, not matter what team they fish.

TEAMS: All eligible teams must have 3 Slayer Competitors on board, unless the team is a duo or single. Slayer entry cost is $100

ELIGIBILITY ANGLERS: Competitors must be OAPB members. If the Heaviest Fish in a tournament is caught by a NON-REGISTERED teammate, then the points will only go to the Team, not to any one angler.

WEIGH-IN: All fish brought to the scales must abide by that specific tournament rules and regulations.

POLYGRAPH: If a polygraph is given for that tournament, then the team must have a passing score for that fish to be eligible. Failing score will eliminate all fish for that tournament. Polygraph will be MANDATORY at conclusion of Slayer Contest.

HEAVIEST FISH:The heaviest fish weighed in at any of the OAPB Tournaments or supported tournaments will be allowed to be added to leaderboard.

ELIGIBLE SPECIES: Kingfish, Dolphin, Cobia, Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna

SCORING: Screenshot of weigh master scoring must be sent in via mobile text or email. 12 fish overall can be submitted, and Heaviest 5 will be counted.

AWARDS: Will be announced and prizes distributed during our Annual Holiday Party in December.
